Have 8 yr old golden who has limped on occasion for last couple years -- we think from hip or knee arhritis. Last yr. has been getting up much more slowly and hesitant to do stairs. Product was reco'd by a friend. It has definitely made a difference daily in her movement. Much less hesitation with steps and more active and upbeat, and lessened limping episodes. We give twice daily with food and has not appeared to have adverse GI issues.

I have had two Golden's with hip dysplasia/osteoarthritis from very early age (6 mos- 1 yr). My first golden used Cosequin for years and he lived a perfectly normal life until 14.5. He had no trouble getting up and down. My second dog I started on Cosequin but then the vet told me a new product with pain relief. This has worked very well too so have stuck with it.
