About Our Pet Pharmacy

We make ordering prescription pet meds online safe and easy! All of our prescription pet medications are identical to those offered by your local veterinarian and purchased directly from licensed distributors. Our pharmacy is fully licensed, regularly inspected, Vet-VIPPS certified and can ship and dispense to all states except Arkansas, Hawaii, and Louisiana. Prescription products typically ship within 24 to 72 hours from the time the pharmacy receives the required prescription, not including weekends and holidays.

How to order prescription products - Give your pet the best!

By law, our pharmacy requires a valid prescription from a licensed U.S. veterinarian that has seen your pet for all prescription products. Our VetDepot pet med pharmacy makes it easy and they do all the work. Prescription products are dispensed by Allivet Pharmacy (“Pharmacy”) which is Vet-VIPPS certified. The Pharmacy verifies all prescription orders with the prescribing veterinarian prior to dispensing. If you do not have a prescription, the Pharmacy will contact your veterinarian directly. Your veterinarian can also call or fax a prescription directly to the Pharmacy. If you have an original prescription, you may mail it to: VetDepot – Pharmacy, 480 W. 83rd St., Hialeah, FL 33014. The Pharmacy is unable to accept prescriptions emailed or faxed directly by the customer. If authorized by your veterinarian, prescriptions are generally valid for up to one year from the date they are written.

Although we believe your veterinarian is the best source for any questions you may have regarding your pet or medication they have prescribed, the Pharmacy is available to answer questions during normal business hours – Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm EST.
