Our 10 year old cat had been eating Iams Indoor cat dry food (with water) for his entire life. He started having behavioral problems in the last few years and just last year using our living room rug instead of his litter box. After a visit to the Vet we found out that not only he was severely diabetic but malnourished as well. The Vet prescribed a strict diet of EN Gastroenteric cat food (along with insulin injections) and within a couple of weeks he was regaining weight and his behavior was back to normal. This product is a lot more expensive but definitely worth it. We found that VetDepot has the best prices.
