Works great. Our 14 year old Lab was "leaking" almost daily, but has completely stopped after being put on Incurin.

After about 3 weeks of giving our husky mix an incurin pill, we cut the dosage back to every other day. She only has an accident about once every other week or so. We're pleased with the progress.
