This gate was my fourth attempt at blocking my ridiculous dogs from the kitchen and basement. I tried one of those pressure gates but they plowed right through it. Then I tried some silly see-through contraption my sister recommended. That fell apart within weeks. The first real gate I tried was too short (my fault that time for not considering they could hop over it), and here we are on the fourth attempt. It's been up 2 days and is working well so far. FINALLY.
