Had been using separate oral meds for heart worms and fleas, but this ones saves a bit of money and works just as good. Also, only one tablet to give when you have dogs that are hard to give meds to.

My vet likes the product, so I go with what they suggest. I do wish that my dog liked to chew them. She does not, so I have to cut them up into smaller

pieces and place them in food items.
