I have noticed increased movement in my older dog since giving him these.
Our "senior" Lab has some arthritis and our vet recommended this product (we first purchased from them at a premium price). Ever since we have had her on it, her mobility has improved significantly.
We order all our 7-year old Lab's meds through Vet Depot. They are priced right, shipping is always fast and dependable and we have never had an issue with any purchase. Dasuquin was prescribed for our lab by our vet and the price through Vet Depot can not be beat! Thanks!
This is exactly the same product prescribed and supplied to me by my vet, for a lower price and with a "use by" date six months later than my vet's product. It works to relieve my dog's arthritis and is a "Great Value".
This is the identical medicine prescribed and provided by my vet for our arthritic dog. She is much better when taking Dasuquin, and Vet Depot's price is the best I have found.
We have a ex-racing greyhound who was only 4 1/2 when he came to live with us. He had arthritis in his back knee so bad he was squealing and walking on three legs. His knee had a knot in it that was red and swollen to the size of a ping pong ball. Our vet made a lot of recommendations, one of them being Dasuquin. We thought we would try that route first since it was non-invasive. Within two weeks he was running around like a puppy. He's been on Dasuquin for over two years now and hasn't had a single problem with his knee. You can hardly see the arthritis. VetDepot, by far, has the best prices too!
I am on my second dog who takes Dasuquin.. It really helped my angel dog,Isaac. He was a senior racer and Dasequin really helped him with his arthritis starting at age 10. I now have a former racer /ex brood matron who exhibits no arthritis and I have her on one soft chew per day.

Nothing works better than Dasuquin with MSM! I've tried other products, after having my old shephard (15+ years old) and his arthritis actually worsened. After restarting him on Dasuquin with MSM (difference being that it contains ASUs and other products don't), he improved back to where he was. No cure, but a marked difference in his movement.

What I do not like is that the manufacturer has gone to a "New, softer chew" which is too powdery and, by the time you get 1/2 way through the bag, the chews are starting to crumble which makes it difficult to know how much you're dosing.

My vote is this..."If it isn't broke, don't fix it." The old chew was perfect, just as it was.

I adopted a 4 year old golden last year. She loves playing fetch, but would often limp after and it was so sad not to let her play. We started her on Dasuquin MSM and within a month she stopped limping and hasn't had any problems since. Now she gets one every day. Not only is it helping her walk better, we also call it her desert because she absolutely loves the taste and sees it as a treat. I highly recommend this product.
Our 15+ year old Shepard mix has benefited from Dasuquin with MSM for years. I saw that there was a product very similar (Glycoflex with MSM) and it was about 1/2 the price. Because of this, I decided to switch. Within about 2-3 weeks, our old boy started suffering and we were actually thinking he was nearing the end of his road. It occurred to me that it could be the different joint supplement so I ordered Dasuquin with MSM again because when doing a side-by-side comparison, I saw that contained "ASU"s which Glycoflex did not. After about 8 days, our old boy was back to his normal self. He's still suffering from limited mobility but is not in the pain that he was in and, at 15+, we can't expect that he'd run like a greyhound like he did in his younger days. We'll not switch again!
My 13 year old chocolate Lab has had joint issues for a number of years. We see a big difference now that we added Dasuquin MSM to her daily feeding schedule. Reggae loves the taste, the product is shipped promptly, and the price is the best available. On occasion, the soft chews have not been as soft as they should be, otherwise it would have a 5-star rating. Overall we have been very happy with Dasuquin.
I have 2, eight year old choc labs and they were starting to get a little stiff. I was suggested to try Dasuquin and it was just what they needed. It lubricates the joints to make jumping and overall movement less painful for dogs experiencing mild joint pain. I know it's effective because if I forget it for a few days...they are back to hobbling around. I use the max dose for my girls, 2 per day. I definitely suggest this product, it is worth the money.
My big dog won't eat the tablets unless I break them into fours. I tried these soft chews thinking I wouldn't have to break them up for him anymore. NOPE. So I will go back to spending less for the tablets. They do seem to have the same effect for easing his joint pain which is a big plus.
We love these treats! Our owners like us to have them daily!
We had been giving our dogs the Dasuquin in the liver flavor tablets for the past 3 years. We ordered these for the first time. They are nuts for these. They liked the other ones but these are really a treat for them.
