My 13 year old Shepard Beagle mix has been on this product for several months now after being diagnosed with congestive heart failure. She takes 3 a day and has been her old self since starting the regimen. The coughing that was chronic before starting the pills has disappeared completely. VetDepot is significantly cheaper than my vet and has a very fast turn around on getting the medication to us.

I have liked Vetdepot for their great prices and wonderful customer service; however, it always seems to take a long time for them to "receive" my signed prescriptions, get them approved by their pharmacist, and ship my order. A couple of times, items were in stock when I placed an order; then are out of stock when they go to ship. I really have to worry about whether my dog will have her medicines in time, so I order weeks ahead of time.

Our Cocker Spaniel of 13 years developed Heart Failure and after months on Lasic and Enaperil, the doctor added Vetmedin. Clancy was coughing more and getting weaker but the Vetmedin helped him get better though for only about five weeks. We were happy to have him bounce back to a little of his old self. I wish the doctor had prescribed it earlier as we had to put Clancy asleep May 26, 201., On other sites I've seen many others praising Vetmedin/Pimobendan benefits.

My Great Dane was diagnosed with heart failure 6 weeks ago and as a nurse practitioner, I knew how serious this was. His vet put him on Lasix, Vasotec and Vetmedin 15mg daily in divided doses. This product has so far added months...getting close to a year now to my dog's life. He was diagnosed with stage 3 heart failure almost 1 year ago. He had his Dr. check up a few weeks ago and the Dr. said his heart condition has improved to a stage 2! This product is great and vetdepot makes it affordable to the consumer!

This is a very convenient medicine to give to our dog. He considers it a treat and is eager to get it. It is easy to break the tablet in half for each dose. We tried the capsule form previously from another source and it was a real hassle to separate the capsule, pour half of it into a bit of meat or cheese and then recap the remainder. The 90 day supply is more economical for us too.

I've never ordered meds for my dog on-line before and it definitely saved me money. There was some confusion initially about how the Rx would get from my vet to Vetdepot which delayed the meds by a week. I was really upset about this and asked Vetdepot to expedite the shipping, which they did. I will say, it is very difficult to reach Vetdepot via phone- you always get an answering machine,e-mail works better but is SLOW. I will continue to order my dog's medications through VD but will allow more time and be certain as to who is responsible for getting the perscritption from vet to vetdepot.
