My standard poodle was close to death after loosing 1/3 of her weight over a short period of time. She was diagnosed with Addisons disease. She gets an injection of Percorten -V once per month and a Prednisone tablet daily. Jessie quickly returned to normal weight and activity. VetDepot has the best price I could find and they are very responsive and helpful.
