Our old lady dog, Rosie, has been taking Novox for a number of years effectively relieving her pain from torn ACL's and without side effects.

I've seen such an improvement in my dogs mobility since she began Novox. She went from taking a very long time getting up from a sleeping position to jumping up like a puppy.

I switched from Rimadyl to this after my two labs split a bottle of Rimadyl that was left on the counter. I guess it makes it a little easier to give them the medication if they make it taste good, but if you have labs, you know there is no obstacle that will prevent them from eating anything that they want to eat. After two days on IV, they were fine, but it wasn't cheap. I only gave it 4 stars because it only helps my dog moderately. He definitely still has pain. I had the same experience with Rimadyl though, so I would definitely recommend this over Rimadyl

I am so glad I found Vet Depot online. The Carprofen has given my 14 year old GS mix moments of puppy play again. He rolls around on his back in the grass, something he hasn't done for a couple of years. Because of his age and the spinal arthritis, I thought that he only had a couple months left. Painful months. I figured I'd give him the meds just to help him make those couple of months. I never expected it to turn back the clock 5 years! My 9 year old Boxer has been taking Novox for a year and it has really helped with his mobility. He doesn't struggle to get up and enjoys playing again. VetDepot is also easy to work with, prompt delivery, and great prices.

The product works well for our 2 dogs...but it took almost 2 weeks to arrive w/free standard shipping!!!

My Basset Hound, Buster, has arthritis in his hips. He is also diabetic, so he doesn't have overall good health. It's certainly cheaper than Rimadyl! She's still carrying her leg, but it seems to have helped a bit.

Missie is about 8 and came to us from a rescue. We knew her background and that she had never had vet care or good nutrition. Our vet prescribed Rimadyl. This works extremely well and is much less expensive. She gets around much better now and doesn't cry out so I know it's working. Good price, prompt shipping. How good is that?

My doberman was diagnosed with arthritis several years ago and it has gotten progressively worse as she has aged. She was initially on Rimadyl and it worked well for her. I discovered that the generic equivalent is Novox and I asked my vet to allow a generic subsititue. I have had Twylah on the Novox now for about a year and it works wonders for her. She takes two 75mg tablits every day and she is able to keep up with her two year old counterpart even though she is almost 9 years her senior!! The best part is VetDepot. I cannot sing their praises any higher than I do now. Once I order a product I get it within a few days and this is very different from the other web sites I have used for my pet's medications. We only wish our pets could speak to us verbally. Our dog Annie (an airedale) started to exhibit signs of anti-social behaviour at the dog park - a daily outing she once loved. We noticed she always sat gingerly. When we took her into the vet, he said she had arthritis and prescribed Novox. What an amazing change after less than a few days. What we thought was anti-social was a reaction to pain. Although she still has an obvious arthritic reaction, her good humor has returned.....because of Novox. Reasonably priced alternative to Rimadyl - always shipped on time!

<p>We used Novox instead of the more expensive Rimadyl (I think that's the way it's spelled) for our 13 year old Border Collie's inflammation and he has been feeling much better. We are now going to also add Tramadol for our dog's pain and I think we have a really good combination to help him with his arthritis. Product shipped very quickly after RX was received. Med works just as well as the Rimadyl and the price was much better. My first time purchasing this and the customer service staff was more than helpful. Will definitely purchase again and explore other items they offer.

I have been purchasing these tablets for my old dog who turned fifteen-years-old yesterday, for about the last year. Carprofen was recommended by my vet for his to ease any pain he might be feeling since he appears to have arthritic rear legs and has difficulty supporting his weight on them. They seem to have been helping and have contributed to him reaching his fifteenth birthday. I have bought these from several sources in the past but Vet Depot seems to have the best value. Their service is efficient and fast.

Novox is a great replacement for Rimadyl. It is much less expensive and I am seeing the same results for my dogs joints as I did from the more expensive product.

I have been giving a half a tablet a day to my 16 year old Border Collie who has arthritis in her LF paw. Once she was on steady dosage everyday for a short time she stopped limping and was able to move much better, even to the point of trying to run a little with the other dogs in the house.
