Cleans out wax and dirt

Doesn't cause any redness or irritation, very gentle.

Cons:

None.

My cat was having recurrent ear infections and I got this to try to prevent new infections. It definitely does a good job cleaning the ears but she's still gotten an infection. I'm keeping with it.
