Pros:

Very effective, works right away.

Cons:

About a year ago, my dog started gaining weight and her skin got all flaky and dry. The doctor first through it was a skin problem and gave her some meds for that, then tested her blood but the results were just a little off. So, we treated for a nutritional deficiency that she did not have. She got sicker and sicker and was borderline obese. Turns out it was her thyroid. Even waiting a long time for the right treatment (I've since changed vets, although I don't fully blame my old vet), she's a million times improved after starting Pala-Tech.

This has been a great product for our 9 year old female lab. For a few years her weight has been slowing climbing. Her thyroid count was borderline but the vet recommended this medication. In one year, her weight dropped 15 pounds, she has more energy, and looks great! We even have been able to take her off the weight-management formulated food.
