Glyco-Flex I for Cats, 45 Chewable Tablets is a comprehensive supplement for cats of all ages that is formulated to help support joint function and connective tissue health. Glyco-Flex does this with Green Lipped Mussel (perna canaliculus), an edible shellfish that is full of amino acids, vitamins, minerals, and glycosaminoglycans (GAGs) that are found in joints, cartilage, synovial fluid, and other connective tissue. Substances like chondroitin, which are found in perna canaliculus, are building blocks of cartilage and found in joint-lubricating synovial fluid.

Glyco-Flex I provides natural support for optimal joint health in cats and kittens, and may help keep your pet active and mobile. These chewable tablets have a great taste, and many cats think they are treats. Glyco-Flex I may be used throughout your cat's life, but if your pet's joint support needs increase, stronger varieties like Glyco-Flex II Feline and Glyco-Flex III Feline are available.

My cat had an episode very early in life of interstitial cystitis and the vet recommended one tablet of Glyco Flex daily to lubricate the bladder and he has had no serious problem since. I crush it and give it in his wet cat food and he has been taking this product for 9 years now. VetDepot is one of the only suppliers I have found for this product and at a great price.

My vet recommended this product for my senior cat. She enjoys the taste and eats them as if they were treats. I think they might be helping her joint pain a little. The price is reasonable.
