None. It is really cheap and works fast.

I got a few new fish and suddenly my entire tank was sick. I lost a couple but saved the rest with Fish Pen. I actually diagnosed my fish on my own and found this antibiotic online. Then I consulted the place where I got my last fish and they agreed with everything I found it. My fish were literally better in a couple of days. I am so thankful. I would have been sad to lose the fish and it would have been really expensive to replace them.
