I have a German Shepherd with severe elbow dysplasia in both front legs. We use Duralactin religiously as part of his veterinarian recommended treatment regime. Within a week of using this product, the swelling in his elbows receded dramatically. He is eight years old and runs around like a two year old. My only complaint is having to feed 6 chews per day, it would be nice if they could get it more concentrated.

My vet suggested that I add this to my aging pet's supplements. I use it in addition to GNC's Tri-flex, vitamins E, and C and fish oil that he was already receiving. His mobility is much improved. He is able to navigte the stairs in our home and is actually running and playing again. He likes the chews and takes them just as he would a treat.

I'm not sure exactly how this stuff works, but I know that is does work. My dog is much improved after using this supplement. She's more mobile now than she was a year ago.

My vet recommended this stuff in addition to Dasuquin to help my German Shepherd deal with her aging body. The combination has left her always ready to go for that next walk!
