I used to feed Epizyme to my 2 year old Akita with Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency. I tried Bio Case V for financial reasons and am VERY happy with the results. Buck is doing extremely well. He has put on weight and his system is operating just right. I do not administer these as directed however; I give 3 pills per feeding (3xs per day) to my 100lb buddy. I open the pills, sprinkle them on his food, let it soak with water for 15min then feed.

After finally figuring out from the yellow cow patties my dog was pooping and his voracious appetite and loss of weight that he had EPI, we started this product. The same day we gave it to him he was eliminating properly, and with several small meals daily till his weight came back on, (about a month) my dog is healthy. I open one capsule and sprinkle on two cups of his grain free ground up kibble and add warm water to activate the enzymes and let sit for at least 20 minutes before feeding. I do this twice a day. The price is very do-able compared to other products I've looked at.

My GSD started having terrible diarrhea and nothing we did made it stop - and we tried everything! Finally after about 2 months of nearly pulling our hair out and making multiple vet visits and spending loads of money on stuff that didnt work he was diagnosed as having EPI.

I did some research online about it, found a great website all about EPI & GSDs (www dot total-german-shepherd dot com) and read up on some meds they suggested, went online ordered Bio Case, since it was so affordable, and he was almost back to normal with about 6 days of giving him Bio Case V.

So my advice, if your dog is having issues with diarrhea, has EPI or some other type disorders you couldn't do better than getting Bio Case. It has worked like magic on my boy, it is well priced and I highly recommend it!

I have 2 digestive challenged dogs and I have been using the product for about 2 weeks now. I have noticed more of a willingness to eat with both dogs. And I have not noticed any side effects. Getting my dogs to eat on a regular basis is my biggest challenge and so far so good.

One of our dogs has EPI, Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency, and BioCase V saved his life. If it was not for this product, which is easy to administer, our dog's health would have suffered further.
