    Description

Get effective flea treatment and control with Advantage II

Fleas are more than just a nuisance for your cat; they can cause serious conditions like flea bite allergies, flea anemia, or even transmit diseases. That's why it's so important to use a flea preventative like Advantage II for Kittens 1-5 lbs, 4 Month (Turquoise) all year.

Advantage II for Cats stops flea infestations with its combination of imidacloprid and pyriproxyfen. Imidacloprid kills adult fleas within 12 hours after application, and the pyriproxyfen works as an insect growth regulator (IGR) to stop the development of immature fleas. This effectively breaks the flea life cycle and prevents reinfestations. Make Advantage II for Kittens 1-5 lbs your go-to product for monthly flea prevention.

    Directions

Be sure to read all manufacturer labels and packaging materials before using Advantage II Flea Control for Cats.

    1. Remove one applicator tube from the Advantage II box.
    2. Hold applicator upright and pull cap off. Turn the cap around and place the other end back on the applicator tube. Break the seal by twisting the cap. Then remove the cap from the applicator tube.
    3. Part your cat's hair on the neck at the base of their skull. Place the tip of the applicator tube directly on your pet's skin and apply the entire contents to a single spot. Make sure not to apply on top of the haircoat. Do not get Advantage II Flea Control in your pet's eyes or mouth. Avoid contact with the wet, treated spot until dry.

The manufacturer recommends you apply Advantage II once a month. In cases of severe flea infestations, you may have to reapply sooner than four weeks. Do not treat more often than once every 7 days. Once the severe infestation is controlled, resume monthly applications.

    Pros:
    • Super price online at VetDepot. Quality product.
    Cons:
    • Took me several applications before I got the hang of applying it. Would be easy with three hands.
Advantage II is easy to apply, gets rid of fleas, and stops the icky itching and scratchy that always seem to result in bald patches, sores, and scabs. Great product!
